Cyprus Cliffside Villa is a conceptual luxury residence designed to celebrate contemporary Mediterranean architecture through expansive ocean views, refined materials, and bespoke architectural artistry.
The villa features dramatic double-height living spaces, floor-to-ceiling glazing, handcrafted wood detailing, natural stone, and seamless indoor-outdoor living overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Throughout the residence, custom sculptural relief panels by Philip Shikhess become architectural focal points, transforming walls, feature doors, and interior spaces into illuminated works of art.
Cyprus Cliffside Villa | Contemporary Mediterranean Luxury Residence
Situated on the prestigious waterfront of Mother's Island in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, this contemporary luxury villa explores the intersection of architecture, computational design, and digital craftsmanship. Every space was conceived as a seamless architectural experience, where sculptural RILIEVO relief surfaces become integral elements of the interior rather than decorative additions.
The residence features custom-designed architectural walls, illuminated CNC-carved reliefs, bespoke artworks by Philip Shikhess, and carefully curated materials including natural stone, walnut, bronze, and architectural lighting. From the grand entrance and double-height living spaces to the private cinema, luxury kitchen, wellness suite, master bedroom, spa bathroom, walk-in closet, outdoor entertainment areas, and infinity-edge pool, each environment balances elegance with advanced digital design methodologies.

Designed as the ultimate entertainment destination within a bespoke luxury villa in Kuwait, this private home theater seamlessly blends contemporary architecture with refined Arabian elegance. Rich walnut finishes, sculptural illuminated RILIEVO architectural surfaces, and carefully layered ambient lighting create an immersive cinematic environment with exceptional visual warmth and sophistication.
The theater is conceived as an extension of the villa's architectural language, where custom CNC-crafted textured walls become both functional acoustic elements and sculptural works of art. A dramatic star-lit ceiling, premium tiered seating, and integrated architectural lighting transform movie nights into a luxurious private cinema experience while maintaining the timeless character of the residence.

Nestled in the scenic hills of San Diego, California, this 4,500-square-foot custom residence blends timeless Mediterranean and Spanish Revival architecture with refined contemporary luxury. The home is thoughtfully designed around seamless indoor-outdoor living, featuring a resort-style illuminated swimming pool, expansive entertaining terraces, a dramatic double-height great room, a chef's kitchen, a private wine cellar, a luxury home theater, and spa-inspired bedroom suites. Warm natural stone, handcrafted wood beams, custom lighting, and carefully curated architectural details create an elegant residence that celebrates California's indoor-outdoor lifestyle while delivering comfort, sophistication, and enduring craftsmanship.
San Diego Mediterranean Estate | Timeless Luxury Living
AREA Restaurant & Lounge is a 6,000-square-foot contemporary dining destination designed to blend refined hospitality with biophilic architecture in the heart of Buenos Aires. The concept celebrates the connection between nature, light, and craftsmanship through a luxurious interior experience that unfolds around sculptural indoor gardens, dramatic circular skylights, and a sophisticated material palette.
The architectural and interior design were developed to create an immersive atmosphere where guests transition seamlessly from an elegant reception into a series of intimate dining spaces centered around a signature illuminated bar. Rich walnut ceilings, natural stone, brushed metal accents, and floor-to-ceiling glazing bring warmth and openness to the environment while framing lush landscaped views.
A defining feature of the project is the integration of RILIEVO® illuminated architectural surfaces throughout the restaurant. Custom translucent relief panels, CNC-fabricated and softly backlit at approximately 3700K, create sculptural feature walls, illuminated bar facades, the reception backdrop, and the private wine cellar, transforming functional architectural elements into works of art.

The Modern Greek Mediterranean Restaurant in Troy, Michigan is a contemporary hospitality project that celebrates Mediterranean culture through clean architectural forms, warm natural materials, and custom-crafted design elements. Every space was designed by Philip Shikhess, featuring RILIEVO sculptural architectural surfaces, parametric wood installations, integrated lighting, and precision CNC fabrication.
